Our client, north of Concord, NH has a perm/direct hire role for a Jr Electrical Engineer to join our team, focused on the development of measurement equipment.
Must be a US Citizen or US Perm Resident
Essential Job Functions:
- Design, build, and test new solutions to meet customer requirements and specifications.
- Contribute to firmware design in embedded architectures from a Hardware perspective.
- Development of new sensor and spectrometer applications within existing hardware.
- Investigate and propose future technology solutions and design architectures.
- Improve configuration management from prototype to production.
- Skills and Experience:
- BSEE or BSCE with 1+ years of professional experience as an electrical engineer
- Hands-on experience with integrated electrical hardware/firmware systems
- Electronics design (analog and digital), including microcontrollers, layout, simulation, and verification.
- Proficient with hardware debugging tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- Experience with low voltage DC circuits and AC power systems.
- Communication protocols (RS232, USB, RS485, I2C, UART, SPI),
